How to Look Like You Have Big Breasts While Wearing Your Bikini - A Cheap and Simple Solution

Regardless if you have small breasts, or you've surgically had your breasts removed due to a mastectomy or you just want to enhance the look of your breasts while wearing a bikini or low-cut top, there's a way you can finally have big breasts for about the same price you'd pay for an inexpensive bra.

Women like to wear various garments, including swimsuits that show off their cleavage and chest flesh. To create that cleavage and to uplift your breasts, it all boils down to the basics of engineering. When you take that flesh and move it up and towards the center of your bra or swimsuit, you create the appearance of having larger breasts than if you just went bra-less.

The secret behind creating cleavage is to first of all buy a bikini top or bra that is one size smaller (in the cups) than you would normally wear. Then, while you're at your favorite swimsuit store, or online, order something that's called bra forms, or bust pads. They range in price from $11 to $45 for a pair. They're made out of foam, silicone, cloth, water, air, or gel. They also are available in flesh color (nude) or clear.

As far as performance in the water or while you're swimming, the silicone bust pads are best since they weigh less and they will adhere to your natural breast or chest wall due to the warmth of your body.

Most swimsuits and bikinis have either a built-in bra which you can remove and replace with the bust pads. Or, check the inside of your bikini to see if it has a little opening or pocket that would make it possible for you to insert your bust pads inside.

Now, before you become disillusioned by thinking that's all you need to do is buy bust pads and insert them into your swimming suit, there are some secret tips that you will want to learn first, so be sure to print this page for later reference. It's also important for you to remember that when you're buying a garment, (bikini or low-cut top or dress) that you make sure the fabric will not totally cover up your breast area. The goal is to get your breasts thrust up and together which will create cleavage. If your breasts are covered up with fabric, it won't matter if you have any cleavage or not because no one will be able to see it.

The placement of your bust pads is what creates the cleavage. Place part of the bust pad under your breast and the other part on the side of your breast. Do this on both sides and the bust pads will create the cleavage that will make your bikini or other low-cut garment overflow with your breast flesh.

To make your breasts appear even fuller, you can add a second bust pad in the shape of a triangle rather than a circle to both sides of your bra or bra insert. Remember to lift your breasts up when you add the pads, and try not to let your breasts get squashed under the pad.

Now, some of you may want to add these bust pads to other garments and you might be wondering how to attach them if you don't want to wear a bra. The easy solution is to buy double-sided tape (made exclusively for garment and costume creation and put it on the outside of your bust pads. One brand of double-sided tape is called Topstick which you can probably locate by searching the web.

If you're in a hurry, however, you can always use safety pins to attached your bust pads to any garment you desire, but you'll have to make sure not to rip the pads because you'll probably want to wear them again. If you're looking for a long-time solution, you can buy several pairs of bust pads and just sew them into your clothes. Of course, you'd have to remove them when laundry day arrives.

There are two final secrets to reveal and these are most important to the success of your big-busted bikini adventure. Do not use bust pads made of silicone to stick inside of a strapless bra. Why? The weight of the bust pads will pull your bra or your bikini down...not a good thing to have happen. Also these techniques work best when your bra or bikini fabric is woven or made out of latex or Lycra. Knit or extremely stretchy and flimsy bras or bikinis just don't achieve the same results.

Shading With Cosmetics, Part II

In the first installment of this series, we covered the basics of purchasing the proper tones to use in shading your face. In this segment, we will cover good application practices.

Depending on your make-up, you may desire to start with either the middle color or the darker color. Experiment with both. The important thing to remember is that the darker option is used to recede. First, apply it where the forehead meets the hair, underneath the chin, and down the throat a bit (imagine where a natural shadow would be created.) Go along the lower portion of the jaw to soften that edge. For most people, shading beneath the cheekbone is another important step.

Next, the shading should extend from the temples to the eye and along its crease. Finally, it should extend down the sides of the nose to beneath the tip. Many people prefer to use this shading to thin out their noses a bit.

When it comes to highlights, it is basically the area down the center of the face that is to be brought forward. The highlight color should be applied to the center of the forehead and blended out. Down the middle of the nose is another crucial area. Less crucial is the area at the upper peak of the lips. The chin should also receive a little highlight where light would naturally hit it from above and to the front.

Highlights on the brows, right beneath the eyebrows, will open up the face. Lighten just above the cheekbones for more definition there as well. The lighter color should be extended from there down to meet the peak above the mouth in a soft triangular shape.

How much of what to use and where will vary depending on whether a person wishes to shorten a longer nose, hide a double chin, add definition to the cheekbones, or any of a number of subtle alterations. The important thing to remember is to keep it soft and subtle as well as even for a natural look.

Also, if you are planning on having pictures taken, it is wise to extend the make-up down your throat to cover however much of your upper body is visible. Make-up can affect the reflection of a person's face on camera. If your neck and shoulders do not match, it will appear as though your face is unnaturally pasted on in pictures.

Shading With Cosmetics, Part I

Cosmetics have been used to enhance human appearance for thousands of years. In fact, their history extends back to the ancient civilizations of Egypt and Greece. Not only do they promote visual enhancement, many also work to create softer skin and a more pleasant scent.

With such a rich and wide history, it is no wonder that many standard and staple practices have developed in the realm of make-up.

One such standard is that of facial contouring. Other terms for this include "shading" and "highlighting." Basically, it involves the use of dark and light colors to effectively sculpt the face. This works in the same way that a painter may use shading to create realistic depth within a painting. The lighter colors will come forward while the darker ones will recede.

Of course, for our purposes, the face is the canvas while the cosmetics are the paints.

Just as painting methods vary, there is a lot of variation when it comes to shading techniques. The right approach will be influenced by such things as the layout or structure of the face and simple personal preference. For that reason, it is important to set aside some time to experiment with creating the desired look. Trying to incorporate it immediately into your daily schedule will encourage both delayed and disastrous results.

In addition to that precaution, there are a few other crucial and preparatory steps. These include starting out with a clean and moisturized face, having one's hair pulled back and out of the way, and choosing a mirror which reflects the full face. Remember also that the face should be evenly lit up from the front before starting. This is to ensure that the make-up is evenly applied.

Those who use make-up will have their different preferences for brands and types. The way these materials interact will affect the order in which they should be applied. In general, however, a person will be working with three different colors of cosmetics. Most make-up users will already have a mid-tone one which matches the natural color and shade of their skin. When it comes to contour shading, younger people with healthy, even skin may not feel the need to use a base color.

The other two necessary colors are one for shading and one for highlighting. For a more natural look, keep the first within two or three shades darker than the skin's natural color. Really pale skin and really dark skin may look unnatural with such a jump. For those situations, it is wise to keep the shading color only one gradational step away.

The highlight color can and should have a greater distance to the mid-tone than the tone for shading- But it still should offer only a subtle difference on the skin. It is important to remember that, if you desire a natural look, all of these cosmetics should be flat as opposed to having a shimmer, satin, or shine finish. Now that the basics are covered, part two will discuss application.

3 Things To Consider To Manage Stress In Your Marriage

The silence, the sharp outbursts and the constant misunderstandings have your marital relationship almost at it's breaking point. You're tired of feeling the pain and anguish that rests in the pit of your stomach every time you see each other, what are you going to do?

Below are 3 things you can to do manage the stress in your marriage.

1. For starters, the best thing to do is not to over react to the situation in an attempt to justify your own feelings. This strategy only prolongs the situation and is like dousing a fire with gasoline.

It's best to sit down for a moment and consider what you're willing to do to resolve the issues affecting your marriage. There is a saying that says: " It takes two to Tango", so try to figure out what you may have done to contribute to the situation.

This does not mean an admission of guilt, but rather it's a way of taking responsibility on your part and empowering yourself to find a solution.

2. Try to understand the situation through your mates eyes. If you've been married for a number of years, there are things you know about your spouse that could help you to unravel the mystery that has created the gap in your relationship.

Due to the fact that you spend every waking moment with each other it's possible that certain boundaries may have been unintentionally crossed setting off the cold war your experiencing now.

3. Be willing to talk and apologize if necessary. An apology can be a small gesture that has a major impact and if you're willing to go the extra mile to save your marriage, then it could be as simple as saying: "I'm sorry".

Divorce rates are skyrocketing today and many families are being shattered by it's effects. You and your family don't deserve to suffer the consequences from that action.

These Easy Techniques Give Powerful Results

Has anyone ever really discovered a temporary approach to your weight loss problem? By now you realize promises of quick fixes don't really work. Yo-yo dieting isn't fun, so maybe now your weight problem is something you are ready to take serious. The effective techniques in this article will help you to begin living a healthier life this very day.

For many of us who are on a diet and seem to constantly struggle with the constant cravings that hit us at night know, that it is not easy to resist late night temptations. Understandably this bad habit has got to go if you are going to permanently lose weight on your diet. When you eat foods high in fat or calories during a part of the day when you're not using very much physical energy, you will gain weight. It isn't necessarily the time of day you eat that causes you to have even more weight gain, but the type of foods you eat during a binge, late at night combined with not using any energy afterwards. You know what your favorite junk foods are to eat after everyone else has gone to bed; cookies, ice creams, chips, and whatever else your mind says will just hit the spot at the time. Eating late at night will not allow your heart the rest it needs because it has to work overtime to help digest all the food you just ate.

Below are 8 Ways that will help you be more successful in your diet, and will help you put an end to the late night eating that is sabotaging your diet.

1. Eat 3 good meals during the day with 1 or 2 healthy snacks between meals. A common mistake dieters make is to eat too few calories during the day and then start binging late at night. Always first eat a healthy breakfast and try to eat the majority of your calories before 7pm.

2. When you start heading for the kitchen to eat late at night, instead make it a point to drink 1 to 2 cups of water or your favorite herbal tea. You will more than likely still want to eat after this but remind yourself that you feel hungry late at night due to your habit of eating late or it is because your mind thinks it needs to eat again. Breaking this habit is like learning to quit smoking and takes determination and support. Put a reminder on your pantry, refrigerator or wherever else needed; include your dieting goals and in large letters write something like: I will reach my weight goal and NOT eating late at night will help get me there!

3. Quit buying your favorite junk food items and avoid late night binging by getting rid of all high calorie foods. Instead of eating junk food, have a piece of sugar-free hard candy or go for some light popcorn.

4. Late night TV can sabotage a diet! If your favorite TV serious comes on at a time when you are more tempted to eat at night, try recording it so you can watch it earlier in the evening. It is easier to start grabbing food at night when you are sitting down watching the television. Keep life interesting by working on a favorite hobby and giving in to your old habits of inactivity. Watching food advertisements on TV can start to trigger the impulse to eat and being bored can be one of the biggest dangers to late night eating.

5. Make a diet journal! Have a written copy of your diet plan available, and this will be a huge help in keeping your weight loss goals firmly fixed in your mind. This will allow you to see your progress, as you begin to see your late night eating practice begin to improve and your weight go down.

6. Being Proactive Burns FAT! Mix up your daily routine and start moving! You've already decided to improve your health and lose weight; now it's your turn to be proactive about your late night eating habits. Have you heard that on average it takes 6 weeks to break a habit and start a new one? Put some action behind beginning a new healthy lifestyle and stick to it until your new plan becomes routine. Once you see and feel the difference it makes in your health and fitness, you will be so excited and well pleased, it will be like an extra burst of energy that will help you reach your weight loss goals even faster!

7. Low Calories Snacks. Grab a healthy liquid snack like low fat yogurt or soy milk smoothies with fresh fruit mixed in, it will help to keep you energized and feeling full for hours. I was sure glad to find out that; occasional snacks that are low in fat are okay. I enjoy eating 1-2 scoops of sugar free butter pecan ice-cream on Sundays. Decide on a favorite snack and see if you can find a low calorie or sugar free version of it. Just remember though that even if the snacks are low fat, they may be loaded full of salt! Just because it is advertised as low fat or has less sugar doesn't mean you can eat three times as much. It's okay to enjoy it but don't let it get out of hand.

8. Let Your Enthusiasm Grow! Become enthusiastic and determined to reach your weight loss goals; you can do this! Since you know what your weak areas are, find ways to counter act those temptations. When you feel tempted to start eating late at night, you can do this and overcome. The next morning you can wake up and enjoy a healthy breakfast knowing that you won a battle the night before and you will be all the more closer to becoming a happier, healthier you!

Eating late at night is a constant struggle for nearly all of dieters. Always remember: If you are on a diet, you HAVE TO put a stop to all late night munchies. Unfortunately, many dieters will do great during the day only to blow it late at night; but that doesn't have to be what happens to you!
